Does Pawberry work for dogs and cats?
Yes. Pawberry is for dogs and cats. Reminders, health records, vaccines, helpers, sharing and the Emergency card work for your pet.
What is Pawberry?
The app for your pet's daily care: a diary, reminders, health notes, helpers and pet-friendly places, plus Ask Pawberry, an assistant that knows your pet.
Where can I use Pawberry?
Open Pawberry at pawberry.co or add the app to your iPhone or Android home screen. Your pet’s care, health reminders and friends stay together.
Add to home screenHow do I sign in?
With your email and a password. Forgot it? Tap "Forgot password?" on the login page. We never send login codes by message.
How do I add a helper or co-owner?
Tap Invite someone (in More, or in Contacts on your pet's profile), choose helper or co-owner and share the link. Pick the language they read best. They see your pet under "Pets I help with", and your own pets stay under "My pets".
How is Ask Pawberry different from a general chat app?
It already knows your pet: breed, age, weight, vaccines, meds, diet and the last 30 days of logs, so you never start from scratch. It can set reminders, log walks and meals and find listed vets near you. It follows built-in safety rules for toxic foods and emergencies, tells you when to call your vet and never diagnoses.
Is Pawberry a vet?
No. It gives general guidance and does not diagnose. If you're worried, contact your vet.
How are Places checked?
We check pet-friendly places using public sources, and each one shows a "last checked" date. Rules change, so call before you go. Tap "Report a problem" if something is wrong, or suggest a new place.
Does Pawberry have a mobile app?
Not yet. You can add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
How to installHow do I delete my account?
Sign in, go to More, tap Delete account and type DELETE. Your account, pets only you own, their photos and logs are removed at once and helpers lose access. Pets with another owner stay with them. We keep a minimal record for 5 years, then delete it: your email, sign-up and deletion dates, accepted Terms and Privacy versions, security and audit logs, SOS events and abuse or sitter reports. Can't sign in? Email hello@pawberry.co from your account email.
