Terms of Use

1. Who can use Pawberry

You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms. If you use Pawberry for a business, you confirm you can bind it.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Your content

You own the photos, posts, logs and records you add. You give Pawberry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, show and process them only to run and improve the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Only upload content you have the right to share.

4. Community rules

• Be kind. No harassment, hate, spam or illegal content.
• Never post false lost-dog alerts, fake sightings or false sickness reports. They scare people and waste help. We may remove them and suspend accounts.
• Only tag dogs you are friends with, and respect a request to remove a tag.

5. Not veterinary advice

Pawberry is not a vet. Tips, gut checks, health cards and reminders are general information and do not diagnose or treat.

In an emergency, or if you are worried, contact a vet immediately.

6. Vets and places

Vet, clinic and place information comes from many sources and may be incomplete or out of date. It is provided as is. Please check details directly before you go.

7. AI features

"Ask about your dog" and document reading use AI. Answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check important details, especially dates and doses, and ask your vet.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, bypassing limits, or using Pawberry to break the law or others' rights.

9. Our intellectual property

The Pawberry name, logo, Zoey and Joey artwork, design and software belong to Pawberry. You may not copy or use them without permission.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Pawberry and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

11. Limits of liability

Pawberry is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

If your content or misuse of Pawberry causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are important we will tell you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Pawberry means you accept them.
